Service Design Lead, Fjord
Nora González Dwyer is Service Design Lead at Fjord, a global design and innovation consultancy. She leads (digital) service design projects, as well as organizational transformation projects, for industries such as banking, insurance, telecommunication, retail and automotive. Many years before becoming a Service Design Lead, Nora worked as an Interaction Designer, focusing on areas such as user interface design, user experience research and business design.
Before coming to Spain, Nora worked in Munich. Here she created an online group, together with an other designer. The purpose of this group was to learn and exchange experiences related to interaction design topics. The group became the local chapter of the Interaction Design Association, the IxDA. Nora has led this group until 2011. Nora studied Industrial Design. She loves solving problems and finding solutions for people.

'Service Design Handovers'
In this masterclass we will provide non-designers with the tools to understand service design and give feedback to enable sustainable implementation, and open communication for continuous improvement. Topics are: sharing insights and service design processes, allowing tacit knowledge to be transferred, and acknowledging all stakeholder needs, responsibilities and contributions. You will experience the Value Exchange Canvas in an interactive and participative process.
