Marc Morros is Customer Experience Lead at HP, leading the user experience group for HP’s new 3D Printing solutions, and helping HP to design relevant end-to-end solutions that meet user needs and requirements. He is specialised in linking user needs to great product and service experiences, guiding the research synthesis, and helping his team to understand key insights and define a design strategy that transforms an idea into an innovative and meaningful new product or service.

Before working at HP Marc has worked at Smart Design, a design and innovation consultancy. He has 15 years of experience in leading research and design programs for clients in healthcare, telecommunications, consumer packaged goods, home ware, consumer electronics and automotive industries. Helping companies such as Samsung, Vodafone, Panasonic, Novo Nordisk, Nissan, HP, Hyundai, BMW, Tefal, Sara Lee, and Nestle to be more innovative and design better products.

'A day in the life of - an inside-out view of the HP Design team'

Bringing design in a large corporate is a challenging journey that requires key skills such as empathy, business acumen, imagination and delivery capability. Javier Cesar (Customer Experience Design), Marc Morros (UX Design Lead) and Alessia Rullo will show three different angles, three different stories and perspectives to showcase how the design process is implemented at Hewlett-Packard Barcelona. This will be an inside-out view of the design team to understand how to create success stories through design.
