Nick Ritchie is a user experience principal at the BBC. His work is dedicated to harnessing the power of emerging technologies and collaborating with teams across the organisation to understand the near future of digital public service and the way the BBC engages with its audience.
With a keen eye on emerging trends and commitment to user-centric design, Nick leads on emerging technologies and experiences, including cutting-edge domains such as Augmented Reality (AR), in-car interfaces, multi-modality, and pioneering tools to tackle misinformation. Nick plays a pivotal role in advancing the field, including sharing his insights on emerging technologies and digital trends through articles, talks and workshops within and outside the BBC.
