Costanza Milano delves into the intricate interplay of social dynamics, politics, and culture, fearlessly embracing complexity. In her view, designing with vision enables the creation of novel social structures that foster meaningful change. She earned her degree in Strategic Interaction Design from Delft University of Technology in 2019.
In her thesis Costanza unveiled an innovative framework aimed at reimagining and enhancing the future facets of social mobility within the context of the European Union. Since her graduation, she has continued to delve into the realm of mobility and is the co-author of the book 'Mobility|Society - Society Seen through the Lens of Mobilities.' In 2020, Costanza joined Reframing Studio, where she currently focuses on mobility, the labour market, and education. Prior to this, she worked as a web designer and in the art industry in the United Kingdom, Italy, and France.
