UX strategy lead, Prisma Medios de Pago
Tomás Ottolenghi Viterbi is a strategic designer with a background in industrial design. He leads the UX Strategy team at Prisma Medios de Pago, where he plans, facilitates, and leads initiatives to research and enhance customer and employee experiences across various business units. He has formerly worked as a service designer and researcher for public and private organisations across different fields such as insurance, finance, health and retail, both in-house and as an independent consultant.
Tomás is part of the BAServiceDesign team, a non-profit initiative that champions human-centred service design through meetups, jams, and DXS - Argentina's first conference on service innovation from a design perspective.
He also teaches the Service Design course for the undergraduate programs in Design at FADU - Universidad de Buenos Aires and works as a final project tutor for the undergraduate program in Design at the Universidad de San Andrés.
