Asier Perez is a service design consultant with more than 15 years experience working for a wide range of public and private sector organisations. As Head of Research and Creativity of Dowayo Service Design agency he leads projects that create and deliver value in industries ranging from healthcare and financial services to industrial servitization. He has worked with companies such as PepsiCo, Danone, DesignSingapore Council, Sara Lee, Movistar-Telefónica, City of Manchester, Guggenheim Museum, Philips, Pernod Ricard, CaixaBank and many others.
He is an associate teacher on Service Design at the Adolfo Ibañez University Innovation Master (Chile), regular speaker and contributor in various service design and innovation forums like Service Design Network, British Design Council and Global Design Jams. Asier is a member of the Service Design Days Conference Committee. He is author of ‘Volatile Environments’ and co-author of ‘This is Service Design Thinking’.
