Nynke Schrakamp is Senior Service Design Consultant at Koos Service Design, a service design agency headquartered in Amsterdam. She has successfully helped to implement service design thinking in several international organisations. Focused on impact, her biggest driver is making sure service design outcomes actually reach the market. Providing a customer-centric solution only is not an end result, it is about breaking barriers for implementation to get the entire organisation ready to start doing.
Nynke loves facilitating, motivating and bringing people together in the design process. Next to having a good eye for the human side of design, she has a strong focus on the applicability of the outcomes. That's why at Koos she often leads the more complex projects.
Some of the highlights of previous years are organising the Service Jam in Amsterdam and facilitating design sprints. Nynke holds a Master’s Degree in Automotive Design // Integrated Product Design from the Delft University of Technology.
