Through service design, Leanne Munyori helps fashion better services for customers across various industries with Marathon XP, a consulting firm specialising in Experience Design located in Nairobi, Kenya. Additionally, she is an advocate for enriching urban experiences. With a background in environmental psychology, she hosts conversations exploring the intersection of architecture in the African context, sociology and sustainability on the 'Tomorrow by Design' podcast.
As an active member of the Kenya Green Building Society and Women In Real Estate, she is dedicated to fostering a holistic understanding of urban renewal, covering spatial design, economic vitality, cultural identity, social dynamics and overall individual well-being.
