Adam Smith is founder and Managing Director at Rawnet, a multi-award winning digital service design agency in Berkshire, dedicated to humanising digital experiences. Adam has been in the digital services industry all his career. Working at agencies for a wide spectrum of clients, but also the driving force behind three additional successful internet start-ups, all now multi-million pound industry leading and sector defining businesses across entertainment, media and cloud services.

His clarity on how businesses must meet the needs of consumers to generate value and growth is a formula both clients and personal businesses continue to benefit from. He's strategic and insightful when it comes to identifying transformational roadmaps across value proposition, service design and digital engagement. Adam studied Digital Communication and Multimedia at the University of Plymouth.
