'Customer-centric innovation - doing, not talking'
Everyone is talking about customer-centric innovation, and success stories are everywhere. But why is service innovation so important? And when you have chosen this road, how do you start? Being at this conference is a great step, but what do you actually have to DO to promote a customer-centric (or human-centric) culture and practice in your organisation? What stories can you tell to convince your stakeholders? What formats and activities are useful? Who can help?
'Creating safe space for innovation'
How can a diverse group become an innovative team? How can people who are adverse to failure learn to be innovative and experimental? This workshop will look at some powerful innovation tools like Investigative Rehearsal, and examine how they are put together in a workshop to create a special mental space. In a final reflection, we will look at the structure and method mix of the workshop and connect them to the larger task of creating innovation projects and cultures.
