CEO & Founder, Enzyme
Andrew Cameron is the Founder of Enzyme, an implementation-focused food systems transformation consultancy. Formerly Andrew was the Global Sustainability Project Director at Accor, a world-leading Hotel Management company with over 5500 hotels across over 110 countries. He has holistic expertise facilitating supply-chain transformation, working with suppliers, businesses, NGOs, accelerators & government bodies to drive product and process innovation, value the environmental impact of products fairly, and deliver operational best practices for circular solutions.
Andrew's ongoing engagement with the hospitality industry, startups, multinationals and the VC community has equipped him with a wealth of expertise in strategy implementation across the food system. He excels at translating visions into practical and actionable steps and at fostering productive collaborations with stakeholders to drive positive change. He is a Technology Innovation Graduate at Queensland University of Technology (Brisbane, Australia), majoring in Life Sciences and graduating with First Class Honours and has further specialised in sustainability for business.
