Based out of the London office, Adam Walker takes up the role of Experience Director at Manyone, the strategy-design hybrid. He specialises in driving strategic change through the application of design and is experienced in applying ethnographic research techniques to help solve these strategic design problems. With over ten years of experience across industries, he brings a wealth of knowledge in leading & delivering strategic design projects across Europe, East Asia and North and South America.

Adam graduated from Northumbria University in the UK with a degree in Automotive Design. He had a brief stint working as an exterior designer in the heart of car design. However, he soon returned to Northumbria to complete a Masters degree in Multidisciplinary Design Innovation. After that, a career in service design beckoned.

After moving to Barcelona, he joined design consultancy at Claro Partners. Working with companies like The Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Facebook and Fiat Chrysler, Adam perfected his approach to applying deep ethnographic research to service & strategic design projects on a global scale. From there, he transitioned back in-house, leading the internal service design team at Vueling Airlines as part of the broader Innovation unit.

Adam partakes in various academic events, having previously taught service design at IED Design School in Barcelona.
