Anna Carlson is a Client Partner at Hyper Island, a creative business school and global institution, with hubs and schools in the United Kingdom, United States, Brazil and Singapore. It’s headquarters is located in Sweden. Anna has spent the last decade helping groups and individuals in organisations adapt and respond to the ever-evolving impact digital has on the relationships they have with audiences and customers.
Previous to Hyper Island Anna was a founder member of the first social media agency in the UK, NixonMcInnes, which evolved with the changing impact of digital; from social media PR & marketing, to social customer service design, creative technology for audience interaction in TV and eventually helping organisations with their cultural and digital transformations. Before joining Hyper Island Anna worked at the user experience design firm Clearleft, helping clients develop digital and customer-centred cultures - working with brands like O2, Channel 4, Barclays, BBC, Tata Consultancy Services, Bank of America and The Body Shop.
