Jorge Hernandez is Executive Partner and Head of Services at Manyone, the strategy-design hybrid. Based in Copenhagen, he has over 20 years of experience in a broad range of design disciplines, clients and industries. He is a multi-talented designer with a rare mix of strategic thinking, passion for technology and hands-on design capabilities.
Starting his career as a visual designer and quickly focusing on the digital realm, Jorge contributed to the early .com days at the turn of the century. He quickly transitioned from design school to being a partner at a design agency in Madrid, advising clients such as Telefonica and Microsoft. As his interest in digital technology grew, he studied computer engineering and grew his portfolio of design tools from UX and digital design to in-depth technology and strategy advisory.
Jorge founded and successfully ran Molamil, an award-winning creative technology studio - servicing clients like IKEA, The Coca-Cola Company and Ørsted. After Molamil was acquired by the newly created Manyone in 2019, Jorge became head of global services. He is now responsible for Manyone’s offering and ways of working and is deeply involved in shaping strategic design services that provide bold change to clients such as Novo Nordisk, Deutsche Telekom and Toyota.
