Customer Experience Manager, Klevio
After working at IDEO for almost 11 years, Lydia Howland started working for and with a range of tech start-ups helping them to develop their proposition, product roadmap and customer experience. Next to Deliveroo and Weaver, she currently works for Klevio, a home-access service. She is responsible for designing customers’ experiences, and focuses on the interactions they have with the device, app, and customer service team to ensure their experience is as intuitive, frictionless - and even magical - as possible.
Lydia loves working with people who are determined to create transformative new products, services, experiences and brands. Her experience lies in leading teams through a structured innovation process that uncovers insights, designs and develops new value propositions and successfully brings them to life through prototyping, testing and implementation. Over the past 15 years, she has spent time getting under the skin of both emerging opportunities and some of the most complex challenges in almost every sector. She has been Head of Product at onefinestay and Design and Portfolio Director at IDEO.
Lydia is currently lecturing and mentoring at HyperIsland (UK) and is a former Trustee of Culture 24, an award-winning web portal for UK museums and galleries. She has a BA Joint Honours in English Literature and Cultural Criticism from Cardiff University.
