Joumana is a Global Success Manager at the Adecco Group, where she works hand in hand with the Global Product and delivery team to drive adoption and usage of digital products at scale.
She has a long trajectory in consulting (4AM EY and Fjord), where she has led multi-disciplinary teams to design and deliver solutions that are user-centric and viable for business. She has experience in several industries including banking, insurance, energy, public services and education, including on-premises in Latam, Europe and the Middle East.
Working closely with C-Suite, especially in digital transformation processes, she uses her coaching skills to enable change management as well as rituals that strengthen team learning, feedback, and belonging.
Joumana has contributed several articles to the Touchpoint Journal, taught at universities in Spain and Lebanon, and was included in the book: Rituals for Virtual Meetings. She is a certified coach (ACC, ORSC), has a Masters in Design Management (IED BCN) and a BFA in Graphic design (AUB).
