Case study
'Service design in a goods-dominant world'

In this talk, Anya will present the opportunities and challenges for a car brand when transitioning from a goods-dominant logic to a service-dominant logic. This is a case study that explores how the different capabilities such as Google Play, over-the-air updates and online sales helped to more broadly open up the mind of a 150-year-old business. Anya will briefly touch upon topics such as systemic design, organisational design and service design, as well as the importance of data for validation of hypotheses. Join her on her journey to the future!
