'The story of opportunity'
In a highly competitive business environment, organizations face complex problems that often do not respond to known patterns or models. This is specially relevant in the financial industry, where banks need to go beyond the traditional business thinking integrating new tools and methodologies to help them navigate through uncertainty and build their design and innovation capabilities. This is one of the most interesting times for the banking industry. In her keynote, Maria will talk about how to remain relevant and learn from disruptive new entrants.
