Vaida Pakulyte is a UX researcher and designer. She is currently working at Electrolux as a UX Researcher in the IoT field: exploring how people use smart home appliances and crafting beautiful digital experiences together with the product team.

Vaida believes that products and services must add value to people’s lives and society as a whole. Creating an intuitive and user-focused product or service is easier said than done, but aiming towards that and contributing to user wellbeing is what motivates her daily design decisions.

Vaida provides a multi-angle approach, having experience working in different corners of the world and exploring both the startup and corporate worlds. She is also passionate about personal leadership and making unique perspectives visible through mentoring in the design field and running a leadership program as a personal project.

Vaida started her career in Multimedia Communications and Marketing and transitioned to the UX Design field. She has worked in Fintech, Ecommerce and SAAS, always seeking to find a balanced convergence of people, business, design, technology, and psychology.
