Service designer, Beautiful Lives
Nicky Pronk is a service designer and innovation expert at Beautiful Lives. Over the past years, her focus has revolved around the development of services and propositions across diverse, intricate domains.
Her guiding principle is to design services and experiences that not only simplify life within complex, challenging contexts but, more importantly, render them profoundly comfortable for individuals. By centring her projects around the user, bringing in the right people and stakeholders, utilizing the skills and expertise of multi-disciplinary teams and continuously raising the user’s needs and pains, she champions the user’s perspective in all her work and delivers truly user-centric experiences.
With a background in interaction design that prioritises human well-being, Nicky strongly believes in the transformative influence that (service) designers can and should exert on the well-being and lives of individuals. Grounded in this belief, she drives the implementation of design thinking and service design methodologies and tools within teams, empowering them to address the complex challenges faced by their users.
