Burcu Arsoy is a multi-disciplinary designer and researcher with 15 years of experience in in-house and design agencies & consultancies across different countries. She works at the intersection of innovation, experience design, digital strategy and service design. Currently, she’s working as Product Design Lead at Electrolux in Stockholm, solving the challenges of the present while contributing to creating future experiences where digital meets physical.

Burcu loves sharing her experience and passion for design with students, entrepreneurs and professionals from various backgrounds in different set-ups. She believes design helps to make the world a better place when practiced ethically and centred around humans and the planet. Prior to her work at Electrolux, Burcu was senior Service Design Lead and Evangelist at Scania Group and she worked at design consultancies, such as Fjord, Designit and Futurice.

Leading projects in different sectors with dissimilar challenges helped her develop a unique perspective and approach to tackling issues in complex organisations going through large-scale business and digital transformations. Passionate about learning and exploring new things, she connects the dots between design and other aspects of life. For the past few years, she has been trying to further push her boundaries and overcome too much thinking by doing improvisational theatre and acting.
