Suyin Lee is Managing Director at Discova, a global destination management company where she leads growth and change across 14 markets in Asia and the Americas. She has over 20 years of senior management experience in high-growth organisations across a broad range of service sectors, including travel & tourism, telecommunications, utilities and business advisory services.
Suyin is passionate about the creation of sustainable livelihoods and empowerment of local communities through responsible tourism in emerging economies. An advocate for gender equality and education for the under-privileged, she loves building or transforming businesses and developing leadership talent across different geographies and cultures. She holds an MBA from the University of Queensland (Brisbane, Australia).
