Joost Holthuis is Creative Director and Partner at Edenspiekermann, a global design studio operating at the intersection of technology, branding and content. He advises companies on mobility issues and digital projects that require smart solutions. Through user-centered and service design thinking, and always looking a couple of steps ahead, he helps clients design innovative concepts and multi-channel services that users really need, and that make a real difference in helping companies moving forward.
He has worked on projects for clients including Amsterdam Airport Schiphol, the dynamic boarding system of Dutch Railways, a car sharing service of Volkswagen, the award-winning smart sommelier, WineStein, and several projects for Elsevier.

All tailored to the clients’ unique needs and use real life examples and cases to provide a real understanding of user-centred and service design thinking.
