Business Development Manager and Product Manager, PostNL
Verena Vredeveld is Business Development Manager and Product Manager at PostNL, the Dutch mail and parcel company. With a background in service design, user research, and product management, Verena excels at bringing innovations to life that benefit users, society, and organisations alike. As a business designer, she’s driven by the challenge of solving meaningful problems — whether it’s developing configurators for Leen Bakker and Kwantum, designing innovative parcel solutions for PostNL, or preventing downtime in caterpillar machinery for Pon.
For Verena, innovation is more than just cracking the code on a great product or service — it’s about truly understanding people: their motivations, challenges, and what inspires them to act. She believes that true innovation happens when individuals feel empowered to make a difference. Her days are a whirlwind of meaningful connections, problem-solving, and yes, sometimes a bit of chaos — because that’s where the magic happens.
Verena believes that "if you want to go fast, go alone. If you want to go far, go together." She holds a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Design from Eindhoven University of Technology and a Master's in Strategic Product Design from Delft University of Technology.
