Systemic Designer, Shoshin
Paul Meulendijks is an experience designer, design strategist, and systemic designer with a wealth of experience in the healthcare domain. He understands firsthand how its complexity — its multitude of organisations, intricate processes. However, Paul views this complexity as a valuable opportunity for deeper exploration: by immersing himself in the system, understanding the individuals it impacts, and collaborating with key stakeholders, he helps shape solutions that make meaningful improvements in healthcare delivery.
In his current role as a systemic designer at Shoshin a creative do-think agency, Paul supports regional governments in innovating the way YouthCare is organised. His work spans everything from running small-scale pilots with psychologists and social workers to designing a complexity-conscious innovation program aimed at reshaping the future of care.
