Service Designer, Philips
Joeri Simonian is a dedicated service designer, driven by a passion for tackling complex societal challenges. With an insatiable curiosity, he delves deep into understanding the 'why' behind the world's biggest problems to make a positive impact.
Currently serving as a Service Designer at Philips, his focus lies in transforming professional care settings for a better tomorrow. Before Philips, he redesigned healthcare services for faster and closer access.
Prior to the focus on healthcare, Joeri was involved in designing for the circular economy, advocating for sustainability and resource efficiency in product and service design. Companies have often prioritised their own profit over the well-being of the planet and people. Joeri strives to place people and the planet at the forefront in a manner that supports the strategic goals of the involved companies/organisations. His work reflects a commitment to innovative solutions and a passion for addressing pressing societal issues. Joe's work embodies his commitment to change-making. He thrives on connecting people and harnessing collaborative knowledge to drive impactful solutions.
