Iris Roijakkers is an experienced design professional with expertise in service design, customer experience, and design research. Driven by designing for complex, human-centred challenges, her expertise spans from leading strategic transformation initiatives to creating innovative services.
Iris blends hands-on design work with ongoing reflection. She uses her expertise to address real-world customer needs while enhancing design methodologies and tools for continuous improvement.
Currently, Iris works as an in-house service designer at the funeral insurer DELA, where she develops new propositions to support individuals dealing with loss and grief. Previously, she worked at Philips, and she has been involved with Service Design Days 2022 where she led a masterclass on navigating complexity in organisational transformation.
