Elizabeth Wayumba is a psychologist with academic training and professional expertise in psychotherapy, family and child ecology, and human resources. She primarily collaborates with organisations, providing solutions to leaders, employees, their families, and their ecosystems. Liz specialises in well-being and mental health programs as a business strategy to optimise talent performance. She also conducts psycho-education, presentations, trainings, and practical interventions, tailoring bespoke plans for clients.
Elizabeth is passionate about establishing practical and meaningful well-being and psychotherapy programs for organisations, employees, children, and families. She is dedicated to creating affordable grassroots community therapeutic interventions and devotes time to children's mental health in rural Kenya. She is an enthusiast of the '100% Human at Work' movement, championed by Thrive Global, which aims to transform work environments from surviving to thriving by addressing burnout and workplace stress.
