Dario Sapienza is Service Designer with five years of experience driving innovation in fintech, IT, and healthcare. He believes that design is about shaping meaningful interactions between people, tools, and systems, with a deep understanding of the human experience at its core.
With a focus on solving complex, systemic challenges, Dario leverages participatory design principles to create inclusive solutions. His creative facilitation skills enable him to lead multidisciplinary teams towards achieving shared, user-centred goals.
Currently, Dario is part of the in-house Service Design team at Philips, working on the Professional Services portfolio. His work ensures user-centricity is embedded in every project, enhancing both the service experience and business outcomes.
Passionate about his field, Dario actively promotes service design culture. He enjoys sharing insights on methods, approaches, and best practices with peers, contributing to the growth of strategic design capabilities across the organisation.
