Alfonso Huidobro is a service designer who thrives on translating insights into service opportunities that enable organisations to make a positive change. Drawing from his foundation in music, engineering and industrial design (TU Delft), he has found a career in service design.
He has worked as a designer in the Netherlands, Spain, Latam and the Nordics in both public and private organisations. His experience spans industries like healthcare, finance, education, and retail, in roles as an in-house professional and as a consultant. Presently, he is engaged in crafting service propositions for Philips Healthcare.
His interests gravitate around shifting organisations towards more inclusive and social-minded practices. In his work, he combines empathy, creativity, and strategic insights to cultivate a new paradigm where businesses not only thrive but also leave a lasting impact on society.
